Within the guide you can find information about all of the different services offered by the Student Gateway and all of the contact details that you will need to get in touch with them. The guide will help you to access the services quickly and without needing to queue. It will also help you to access services 24 hours a day.
The Student Gateway can be contacted by telephone on 0116 257 7595, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. They can also be contacted by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are unable to access the help you need using the above channels, you can come in and see us. The Student Gateway reception is based on the ground floor of Gateway House. The Student Gateway reception is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
